  • Step 1: Registration

    To complete your registration, enter your email address, phone number, and country, then confirm your email and phone number with the codes sent to you. After that the system will ask you to specify your name and surname.
  • Step 2: Verification

    Click on the "Compliance" button and complete the verification process. Document verification is mandatory to order a card. To learn more about how to verify your account, please click here.
  • Step 3: Ordering a New Card

    Go to the "Cards" section and Click on the "Order a new card" button.
  • Step 4: Selecting the Card Type

    Choose the desired card type:

    • "Virtual" for a virtual card or "Plastic" for a physical card. Click here to learn more about Cards type.
    • Click "Next".
  • Step 5: Configuring Card Settings

    On the settings screen, please choose your preferred setting and set a password with more than 8 characters, including lowercase and uppercase letters, a number, and one of the following special characters: ! / # $.

    Leave the limits unchanged and click the "Save" button.

  • Step 6: Delivery Address and Order

    If the delivery address is correct, click "Next".

    If you need to change the address, click "Change address" and enter the correct information. Please note that this is relevant only when you order a Plastic Card. We also would like to emphasize that this option, unfortunately, is only available to a limited list of countries that you can see here.

    Check the checkboxes and click "Proceed to card order".
  • Step 7: Payment. Deposit method

    In the payment window, select Select your preferred deposit method:

    1. Crypto: Select Crypto as the deposit type and copy the wallet address to deposit crypto from a service where you have funds.
    2. Important: Make sure to select the correct network (e.g. Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), etc.) when depositing crypto, as transactions sent on the wrong network may be lost or delayed.
    3. Card: Select Bank Card as the deposit type, enter the amount and fiat currency, and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
    4. Wire Transfer: Select Wire Transfer as the deposit type, choose between SEPA and SWIFT, enter the country of your bank, amount, and fiat currency, and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
  • Step 7: Payment. Details

    Follow the specific steps for your chosen deposit method:

    1. For Card Deposit: Review the summary, including limits, approximate delivery time, and fees. Check the box to agree to our Terms and Conditions, and enter your card information to complete the transaction.
    2. For Wire Transfer: Review the summary, including limits, approximate delivery time, and fees. Enter your bank account details, choose the bank details to wire the transfer, and review the summary before pressing Create.

    Important Note: We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please be aware that our card deposit method currently has a minimum amount of 50 EUR. We are working to implement changes to this policy in the near future, and appreciate your understanding in the meantime.
  • Step 8: Submitting the Order

    To proceed, please click the 'Create' button to submit your order. Our team will process your application. If you have any further questions or need assistance with payment-related inquiries, you can contact customer support or create a ticket.

    Upon successful release, a status will appear, and you will receive a notification. You will also be able to access the card information.
  • Step 9: Top Up Your Card on Connectee

    Please note that card top-up is currently implemented in semi-automatic mode. This means that you need to make an application for replenishment through cryptocurrency withdrawal using the SEPA method. You can find a step-by-step instruction here.

    After making the application, don't forget to contact Connectee's customer support through live chat or support@connectee.io and provide the order code that you can find in the History section.

    Once the funds have been transferred and processed, your Connectee card will be topped up and ready to use for transactions.

    Please note: SEPA transfers may take 1-3 business days to be processed.
