You should not send funds to old Connectee wallet addresses after 30 June 2026, or earlier if Connectee separately informs you that a specific address should no longer be used.

After your account is closed, Connectee will continue to retain and process certain personal data where required by applicable law, including AML/CTF, sanctions, accounting, regulatory, dispute-handling, safeguarding and data protection obligations.

At this stage, Connectee is stopping active client servicing and closing / offboarding current client accounts. Account reopening is not available as part of this closure process. If Connectee obtains the required authorisation and is able to provide services again in the future, clients may be informed separately about any new onboarding process. No action is required from you now other than completing the closure steps described in this FAQ.
